Battle Report - Crimson Fists vs. Space Marines (1000 points)

Spoony and I didn't get to play at Games Day (there weren't any tables to play on) but we decided to do our best to get a game in at our hotel room. We set up a 6' x 4' area on the floor and used mugs, bowls, a tissue box, and a basket as terrain. Infinity Corregidor

Infinity models have always looked super cool, I've painted a few before, and I usually have a few sitting in my pile of opportunity. When N5 was announced I got excited and started painting. Usually when I paint these I get intimitaded because they're smaller / finer than the standard 28mm or 32mm heroic scale. This time I decided not to be too precious and focus on bold colors and contrast. I had a lot of fun, I think they came out really well, and I got to paint a few models that I've had on my bucket list for a while. I'm going to put these aside for now but I'd love to add a Mobile Brigada and a pair of remotes. Beyond that I could add the last two Wildcats from this generation of models, maybe some Tomcats, an extra Hellcat, and an extra Intruder. Aetherpunk28

I bashed a bunch of Aetherpunk28 dudes together over a weekend and then wanted to make a few more of an opposing army. These are from that opposing army and I don't know if I'll add more or just leave them as this tiny group to play the intro scenario. They're made from Fireforge Games samurai for the legs and bodies, Wargames Atlantic conquistadores for the arms, guns, and heads, backpacks from Anvil Industries, and some bits and bobs from various Northstar kits. It all went together pretty quickly and I wasn't too fussed about the painting. Overall I'm pleased and they were fun to build and paint.
