A few more Battletech scale models before the new year. These are some more 6mm tanks from Death Ray Designs that I painted to go along with the first pair that I painted pink 18 months ago. These little tanks are still a ton of fun to paint.
The hot-rod flames were a very spur of the moment experiment that turned out super well. I may try to replicate them on some mechs that I'd like to add to this little group.
All the colors are the same from the original tanks except the blue (VMC Andrea Blue) and the flames (AK Blood Red, AK Deep Orange, AK Deep Yellow). I rebased the pink tanks so they'd all be on hexes. The painting on those are Vallejo Earth Texture (Brown Earth), Folk Art Camel, and GW Reikland Flesh Shade.
