I'm currently out of Lamenters to paint but I wanted to keep painting. These guys have been primed on my desk for two-ish years and now they're done!
This is my second go around with these models, I painted them the first time when I was playing Mk2 Warmachine 16+ years ago, right after I painted my Khador battlebox. The Kapitan is one of my favorite models of all time and while she's not the best model I've ever done I like how she turned out.
A funny thing about this unit is that generally I dislike having multiples of the same sculpt. But with these guys I've always pretended that the duplicate pair are twins so it makes sense that there are two of them.
